A play of reflections and light is showcased in this evening gown, where pleats in contrasting directions enclose the body. The gown is fitted around the body to open into a full skirt with a slit on the front right leg. It is crafted in a silk and lurex blend degradé jacquard with a metallic surface, woven with a unique warp dying technique in Como, Italy. The warp yarns are dyed in a range of hues before being carefully placed in the loom. The metal lurex weft gives the weave its reflecting exterior.
